How can I place an order?

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

What payment options are available? 

We accept Paytm, debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments through our secure payment gateway, Gokwik. Cash on delivery is also available at an additional charge of Rs. 50 per order.

Can I change my address after placing an order? 

Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Call or WhatsApp us within 2 to 4 hours of placing your order. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.

How will my refund be processed? 

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

How do I cancel my order? 

Call us at +91-9099170088 or WhatsApp us at 8867779605. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, which happens within 24 hours of placement.

If I cancel my order, will I get a full refund? 

Yes, the full product amount will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

How long does delivery take? 

Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully? 

You will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp with your order details.

What if my payment was debited but the order was not placed?

Is COD available across India?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India with an additional charge of Rs. 50 per order.

We use honeycomb paper and board to pack all products, keeping glass bottles safe during transit.

Can I order a sample first? 

We do not offer individual samples. However, the 7 Deadly Scents Perfume Set (7 x 8ml) is a good way to try our bestsellers before committing to a full size.

Do you test on animals? 

No. All Villain products are cruelty-free.

What ingredients are used in your perfumes? 

All Villain fragrances contain Ethyl Alcohol Denatured, Fragrance, Diethyl Phthalate, Propylene Glycol, Isopropyl Myristate, and Aqua. All formulations are IFRA certified.

Are your ingredients up to date? 

Yes. All products are made with sustainably sourced ingredients suitable for all skin types.

Do you use preservatives? 

No additional preservatives are used. The high alcohol content in our EDP formulations acts as a natural preservative.

Do you ship internationally? 

Villain ships across India and is available in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Where are Villain products made? 

All Villain fragrances are made in India.

Is there an age limit to use your products? 

No. Villain fragrances are suitable for all ages and skin types.

What makes Villain products unique? 

Every fragrance in the range is an Eau de Parfum with a distinct identity built around a specific character and occasion. Not a body spray, not an EDT.

Are your products eco-friendly? 

Our outer packaging uses recyclable materials and all formulations are IFRA certified, meeting international safety and environmental standards.

Can I place a bulk order? 

Yes. Contact our support team with your details, product requirements, and quantity. We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

How do I do a patch test? 

Spray a small amount on your inner wrist or elbow. Wait 24 hours. If you experience no redness, itching or irritation, the fragrance is safe for your skin.

How should I store my perfume? 

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. A drawer or wardrobe works well. Keep the cap on when not in use.

What is the shelf life of Villain perfumes? 

36 months from the date of manufacture. You will find the manufactured date on the packaging.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin? 

All Villain fragrances are IFRA certified and formulated to industry safety standards. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before use.

What ingredients are used in your perfumes? 

Ethyl Alcohol Denatured, Fragrance, Diethyl Phthalate, Propylene Glycol, Isopropyl Myristate, Aqua. Full ingredient details are listed on each product page and on the packaging.

Are your products cruelty-free? 

Yes. Villain does not test on animals.

Are your perfumes alcohol-based? 

Yes. All Villain fragrances are alcohol-based Eau de Parfum formulations.

Do you test your products dermatologically? 

All Villain fragrances are IFRA certified, meaning they meet the safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association.

How long does the fragrance last? 

6 to 8 hours. As Eau de Parfum, all Villain fragrances are formulated for long wear. Longevity varies depending on skin type, climate and application.

How should I apply perfume for best results? 

Hold the bottle 10cm from your skin. Spray on pulse points, collarbones and the back of your wrists. Do not rub. Apply to moisturised skin for best results.

Are your fragrances suitable for daily use? 

Yes. Several fragrances in the range are specifically built for daily wear, including Classic, Hydra and Legacy Classic. Each product page lists suggested occasions to help you choose.

Are your perfumes unisex or gender-specific? 

At the moment Villain makes only men’s fragrances.
