Return & Refund
At Villain, we strive to always provide you with the best shopping experience. If your product is opened or used, it cannot be reused or resold, and such items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.
Villain products are formulated with active natural extracts and any damage due to misuse, improper storage, or incorrect application are not eligible for returns
This policy also does not cover any reactions arising from individual sensitivities or allergies to specific ingredients. Customers are advised to perform a patch test prior to use, as recommended for each product.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery in case of a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order is delivered only.
- An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items/leakage/breakage, damage / incorrect product, which has to be made by the customer.
- Return request will only be accepted through this Link. You can return your order within 48 hours of delivery. We offer a convenient doorstep pickup for most locations.
- In case your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, don’t worry, our team will guide you with simple steps to self-ship the product
For self-ship returns:
- Securely pack and ship the product to the shared address
- Share the courier details and tracking ID with us via email
- Once the product reaches us in good condition, we’ll take it forward from there
- Your refund will be processed promptly to your bank account after a quick verification
Villain is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
- In case of a package being tampered/damaged / defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
- Contact the customer care team, if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer, within 24 hours of the product being marked delivered. No refunds shall be made after this period.
- The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge for COD orders as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
- Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer within 5-7 working days.
- Refund will be initiated to the source of payment if the payment mode is prepaid and for COD orders, amount will be sent via bank transfer.
- Refund will be initiated once the product gets picked up from your end within 2 days of raising the return or exchange request.
